Prime began as a specialized in-home service, dedicated to providing high-level manual therapies for those struggling with everyday aches and pains. As our reputation for personalized care grew, so did our vision. In 2026, we opened our first "brick-and-mortar" clinic in Bath, MI, expanding our reach to offer comprehensive physical therapy services. Today, we proudly accept both insurance and self-pay options, with a commitment to expanding across the Lansing area to ensure every community has access to the quality, one-on-one care they deserve.

At Prime, your entire 60-minute session is spent one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist—no hand-offs. This dedicated attention allows for deeper assessment, real-time adjustments, and faster progress tailored specifically for you. As an independent, therapist-owned clinic, your care plan is a private, expert decision between you and your therapist.

We go beyond basic stretching and hot packs. Sophisticated manual therapies: Dry Needling, Craniosacral techniques, and Myofascial Release are incorporated to address complex pain and mobility issues. Functional strengthening and stabilization exercises improve strength while increasing your ability to move without pain. We love helping everyone achieve their goals and return to their prime state of function, whether you're a professional athlete striving for peak performance or someone aiming to navigate their 9-to-5 workday pain-free. They say the best therapists are born out of their own recovery. For me, that spark happened on a high school soccer field. After a back injury sidelined me, a family friend—a PT— navigated my rehabilitation. While I didn't return to the soccer pitch, that recovery gave me the physical foundation to pivot my focus to basketball that Fall.

It was during my time playing community college athletics that the puzzle pieces really started to click. While I was pushing my limits to improve on the court, I was simultaneously diving into human anatomy in the classroom. The two weren't just hobbies; they were a dual obsession with how the human machine operates. I initially became an athletic trainer, but my heart kept pulling me back to the deeper, long-term restorative power of physical therapy.

Today, I’ve traded the jersey for a clinical toolkit focused on the "art of the release." I’m a firm believer that you shouldn’t just leave my office with a list of exercises; you should leave feeling noticeably better. By specializing in high-impact manual therapies—from Graston and Dry Needling to Craniosacral and Myofascial release—I help my patients find the "reset" button for their pain.

My Mission: I want to move Physical Therapy from a "last resort" to a "first choice." Before we talk about surgery or prescriptions, I want to talk about movement as the primary medicine.

Life Outside the Clinic: When I’m not in the office, I’m usually practicing what I preach. You’ll find me lifting, running, or heading out to the water to go fishing with my dad. But my favorite way to recharge is at home with my family. There is a specific kind of Saturday peace that comes from a freshly mowed lawn, some soft alternative rock on the speakers, and the smell of dinner on the grill for the people I love most.
